In 2013 we launched Guardian Eagle with the belief that people are the most important ingredient to a strong safety culture, and that safety is a responsibility shared by all of us.
Guardian Eagle is the framework that this safety culture is built on, integrating safety into everything we do.
So with each task, new or routine, we continuously evaluate to see if there is room for improvement.
Whether it’s installing new safeguards, using feedback to revise an approach, or regularly grading our performance, our mission is to achieve Zero Harm.
